Early life supply of competitive exclusion products reduces colonization of extended spectrum beta-lactamase-producing Escherichia coli in broilers

Dataset was created for transmission experiment of ESBL producing E. coli transmission in broilers in isolators incl. intervention. Publishing the data is a part of SUMMER-FAIR project (https://github.com/UtrechtUniversity/summer-fair). Publishing the data is a part of SUMMER-FAIR project. Dataset served a use-case to create the Infection Transmission Ontology.
