Competitive Exclusion Prevents Colonization and Compartmentalization Reduces Transmission of ESBL-Producing Escherichia coli in Broilers

Dataset was created for transmission experiment of ESBL producing E. coli transmission in broilers under semi-field conditions incl. interventions. Publishing the data is a part of SUMMER-FAIR project. Dataset served a use-case to create the Infection Transmission Ontology. The software developed in this project to map it to a specific ontology (https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/INFECTION_TRANS) is stored in a github repository.
